		<description>Great post Chris and thanks for bringing social media back down to it&#039;s core values Molly.  I agree that the technology sometimes gets in the way; people think that &#039;doing social media&#039; requires being a part of some high level techie club.  In reality it&#039;s just people having conversations and sharing passions.</description>
