Groundswell – a great book for those looking for knowledge on social media

I found this fascinating quote today:

″Groundswell by Charlene Li and Josh Bernoff may only be a little over a year old, but much of the advice feels like common sense now. Part of that feeling comes from the fact that some of the advice is actually just common sense that seems to be ignored when dealing with social media. You know how it goes, you spend a lot of time on the web, keeping up with news/views and comment. This always leads you to blogs. media sites et all…but why oh why do so many on line journalists (that’s all of us my friends – this is 2009, we ALL publish now) have to write a million words per article.
